We pride ourselves on curating a diverse range of the most unique and sought-after products from the global beauty industry, with a special focus on the latest trends from Japanese and Korean cosmetics.As we continue to grow and expand our influence in Australia, we're on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team.Roles and Responsibilities:Plan, develop and implement strategic marketing strategies and activities, including public relations, digital marketing and building capacity to support the organisation promote and achieve its strategic priorities.Lead the development, implementation and integrity of a cohesive and consistent Social Futures brand, supported by strong brand architecture and guidelines, to ensure all marketing strategies contribute to organisational objectives and meet the requirements of funding agencies.Provide effective leadership to the Brand and Engagement team to ensure delivery of a comprehensive suite of customer-focused services.Ensure all marketing in-store is managed.Develop, implement and manage the internal communication program to build workforce unity, promote information sharing, support the development of a positive workplace culture and achieve organisational goals and priorities.Develop and implement a consistent and coordinated stakeholder engagement approach to nurture and enhance key stakeholder relationships.Assess and anticipate public opinion on issues relating to the organisation and its key priorities.Lead the development and implementation of collaboration and knowledge sharing through a Community of Practice.Develop and implement systems to collect, monitor and report on internal and external brand, engagement and communications activities to improve performance and impact.Identify new product, channel and geographies.Support pilots for new products, channels and geographies.Prepare marketing strategy for each product, channel and geography.Marketing and advertising execution.Plan, implement, and optimise acquisition campaigns across channels (digital, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.) to attract new customers.Prepare retention/cross-sell strategy for each product/customer segment.Review websites and all other materials for consistency with the above objective.To be successful in this role you will be:Ability to lead projects through to successful implementation.Flexibility to work at both a strategic and more detailed hands-on levels.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organisation.Extensive experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and brand management.Proven ability to define and implement strategy to support business objectives.Strong analytical skills, with a history of using data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.You will get the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and make an impact.
