Practice ManagerFull-time, 12-month Fixed-term Position | Ramsay Psychology Fortitude Valley and ClayfieldIf you thrive in an environment where relationships are equally as important as administration, then this may be the role for youAs Practice Manager, we want you to enjoy taking ownership of the clinic, and help build it into a busy, friendly, and professional service.
This role will be working across two clinics in Brisbane, the Fortitude Valley Clinic, and our brand new Clayfield Clinic.This role will suit someone with previous Office or Medical Receptionist experience, looking for the next step in their career.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in growing the local referral network and supporting the growth of the clinics.Your high organisational capabilities coupled with understanding of medical or allied health practice processes will determine your success in this role.What You'll DoEnsure clients have a positive experience with our service from their very first phone callMarketing and business development support - help drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionalsAssisting with GP clinic drop ins, lunches, marketing correspondence and event planningDiary management, triaging and scheduling of patient appointmentsAccurate maintenance of patient recordsReception duties and handling patient enquiries, including website enquiriesEnd of month financial reporting, invoicing and accounts managementProcessing patient accounts - billing, collections and reconciliationsOther general administrative functions as requiredYour Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systemsExperience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems and softwarePrevious experience managing a busy Medical PracticeExceptional people skills and self-confidenceHighly organised and able to prioritiseComprehensive knowledge of online claiming and MBS as it pertains to provision of psychological and allied health services (desirable)Self-motivated with a desire for continued professional development/excellenceRemuneration: A base annual salary ranging from $70k + superannuation, based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.What's in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
