At Chipping Norton Montessori, we provide top-quality care and early childhood education for children and families.
Our focus is to help children reach their full learning potential and embrace their uniqueness.
Our Chipping Norton service is a 70 place service which offers exceptional care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
More than a job
As a Centre Manager, you will role model excellent leadership to bring out the best in your people, build their capability and support them in making the Centre a safe and engaging place for children, families, and the team.
You will source best practice within the organisation and sector, leveraging this to develop and coach your team to deliver outstanding performance.
Responsibilities:
Ensure your Centre meets, as a minimum, the National Quality Standards (NQS).
Deliver the required attendance, labour and overall Centre contribution results.
About you
As a Centre Manager you will be a crucial addition to our team.
To be successful you will need:
Minimum of Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA equivalent).
First aid certificate including CPR, Asthma and anaphylaxis.
Sound knowledge of the EYLF 2.0 and NQS.
Current and valid Working With Children Check.
Experience within the early childhood education sector and a passion to develop your career, be a role model and mentor to staff.
