Inventory And Instore Space Planning Manager

Sydney CDB location 1 to 2 days from home Fast pace, hands on, great culture A well know and growing international business is needing an experienced person with in-store space planning, supply chain, merchandise planning and inventory management.
The role: Conduct detailed reviews of store space and design optimised floor plans to drive sales and profitability.
Manage the full product life-cycle, from launch planning to implementing a structured exit strategy.
Optimise gross margin return on investment (GMROI) through effective management practices.
Establish and maintain processes to ensure all stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date visibility of store space and assets.
Monitor and control stock expenditure within budgetary limits.
Oversee range changes and ensure they are implemented effectively and within defined guidelines.
Improve stock management processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement seasonal sales forecasting and range cascade documentation in collaboration with the team.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) by leading, coaching, and mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders About you: Have extensive experience in planning, supply chain management, space optimisation, and inventory control.
Proven ability to develop and implement efficient processes and work-flows.
Highly analytical and skilled with data interpretation and numerical analysis.
Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving long-term objectives.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively using data-driven insights.
Adaptable under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
