We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customer, oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Aussie Pacific is a leading player in the wholesale uniform / garment industry, known for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering premium wholesale uniform / garment solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential wholesale uniform / garment clients.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Understand the unique needs and requirements of clients to provide tailored solutions including standard garments, Dye Sublimation and Supacolour (If not, training can be provided).
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Prepare and present reports on account status, sales, and market feedback.
Ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Drive sales growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Work experience in Sales /Account management roles
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
Track record in product sales or account management.
Experience in FMCG preferably in the work wear trade.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Territory management experience.
Working with Salesforce shall be an added advantage.
