The Role: Reporting to the Head of Provider Growth, our ideal candidate will have extensive B2B key account management experience and the confidence and drive to help our Providers grow their business.
Being able to develop a trusting relationship and speak with all levels of management will be a must-have.
You will be supported by a dynamic and driven team who are focused on going above and beyond for our clients and providers every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a select group of Providers and developing a relationship with them that results in increasing their revenue.
Representing providers internally to ensure opportunities are maximised.
Conducting regular meetings on Teams to understand the Providers' business, provide and receive feedback, and build them towards best practice.
Being an active and supportive member within the Provider Growth team.
Requirements: Extensive B2B and sales experience.
Minimum of 5 years in key account management.
Flexibility when working within a dynamic company that never stands still.
Always remembering that we're here to help a loved one and their families on their aged care journey.
Able to conduct meetings, analyse key data points, think strategically and make suggestions to our Providers.
Comfortable in a high-pressure results-driven environment.
Can quickly develop trusting and strong business relationships.
