In this leadership role, you will: Drive business growththrough new business development and client retention strategies in designated accounts.Motivate and mentora team of Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Insurance Broking Interns.Key performance indicatorsinclude business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development. To thrive in this role, you'll possess: Solid technical expertisein insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.A proven track recordof success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.Leadership qualitiesto inspire and guide your team towards achieving goals.Mandatory qualifications:Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.Highly regarded:Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
