Job no: 576182Work type: Part timeLocation: Ramsay Clinic New FarmCategories: Allied Health Professionals, Social/WelfareRamsay Clinic New Farm, New FarmThe OpportunityThis is a permanent part-time role facilitating two of Ramsay Clinic New Farm's Day Programs.
The applicant needs to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and engagement of patients across age groups.You will also be participating in the ongoing development of these programs and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support all patients under these unique programs.This role is three days a week facilitating and co-facilitating our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Set days are required for this role due to these programs being existing and current.Skills and ExperienceYou will have the ability to plan and organise skills groups, along with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of healthcare services to patients seeking mental health treatment, which will also be key to all these positions.You will need to demonstrate:Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent mental health care professional registration such as Mental Health Social WorkerTraining and experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour TherapyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibilityAble to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environmentFamiliar with Microsoft SuiteWhat's in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
