We are looking for a talented Head of Logistics to support our continual growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all logistics activities within the business.
This covers transportation, storage & last mile while partnering with our sales teams and local fulfillment employees to drive a best in class customer experience.
Reporting to the Director of Operations you will:Work closely with 3PL's across US, AU, CAN, UK & NZ to ensure targets are being met across all KPI's.Ensuring Inventory accuracies are maintained, batch code & expiry date management is enforced.Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues related to service quality, delivery timelines, or cost management.Work with freight partners to optimize lanes, rates & identify efficiencies that can support the business.
Ensure 3PL partners are aware of Sales plans & activities and are resourced accordingly to support.
Oversee reporting across both warehousing & freight operations (Domestic & Internationally)Align with Planning & Product teams on launch activities to ensure global readiness.
Work in step with the Operations leadership team to ensure alignment on execution for all projectsOwnership of Landed costs reporting within our ERP.About you:Ideally you will have:5+ Previous experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain leadership roleProven experience in International Logistics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience maintaining a Logistics operation covering multiple customer types including B2B, Ecomm & FMCG.Exceptional stakeholder management skillsStrong communication capabilities both written and verbalPrior experience with warehouse migrations & RFQ/RFP process.
