This role offers the unique opportunity to shape logistics for a brand with a global presence, working closely with internal and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.Role Overview:As Head of Logistics, you will oversee the entire supply chain and logistics function, focusing on building a robust international 3PL network to support continued growth in global markets. In addition to managing domestic operations, you'll be responsible for implementing logistics solutions that align with international tax and duty requirements, ensuring the brands products reach customers worldwide seamlessly and cost-effectively.Key Responsibilities:International 3PL Setup: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with third-party logistics providers across international markets. Design and implement a scalable 3PL framework to support global growth.Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient inventory management, distribution, and fulfillment while minimizing lead times and costs.Compliance and Tax Management: Navigate international tax and duty regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing logistics processes for cost efficiency in multiple markets.Cross-Border Logistics: Develop and refine cross-border shipping strategies, including customs clearance, documentation, and duties, to facilitate smooth global operations.Vendor Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with all logistics providers, negotiating terms and monitoring performance to uphold high service levels.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, promoting best practices and driving a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency gains and lead initiatives to streamline logistics processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve customer satisfaction.Financial Oversight: Manage logistics budgets, including cost forecasting and expense control, to ensure the cost-effectiveness of logistics operations.About You:Extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within the fashion or consumer goods industry.Proven expertise in setting up and managing international 3PL networks.Strong understanding of international tax, customs, and duty regulations, with experience navigating complex compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead logistics strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing effective teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to logistics challenges.Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management tools.If you're a seasoned logistics professional excited by the challenge of optimizing and scaling global operations, we'd love to hear from you.
