What you'll do: Support Buying Manager in providing strategic direction through product and brand architectureParticipate in the range building and selection process for third party brandsInterpret and analyse relevant data to identify trends and inform future buysWork closely with suppliers, building relationships, negotiations, buy preparation and follow upAttend previews to evaluate seasonal ranges according to each business group requirementsManage in-season performance objectives through detailed sales analysis of business performanceCritically evaluate financial and product attribute informationPrepare buying information and documentation in support of in-season, pre-season, post seasonal and future buy plans and in collaboration with the planning teamDevelop networks to gain insights into customer demand, trends, preferences, and opportunities and work closely with the retail team in support of product knowledge (including regular store visits).Provide administrative and strategic support in the buying departmentThe skills and experience we are looking for: You have 3+ years' experience as a retail buyerExperience working with 3rd party suppliersAnalytical thinker and high-level attention to detailProficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applicationsOrganized and well preparedExcel well under pressureResilient and open to feedbackExcellent communicator and decision makerWilling and eager to share ideasData driven and love getting the most out of your numbersJust some of the perks we offer you Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's stable of brands
