Your Role and Responsibilities
Innovative CRM Development : Design, build, and implement sophisticated D365 CE solutions that are tailored to clients' business needs.
Customisation & Configuration : Customise and configure D365 CE to create intuitive, efficient CRM environments that enhance user experience.
Project Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of D365 projects, from conception to deployment.
Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate requirements into powerful CRM solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Microsoft Dynamics Expertise : Proven development experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) or Dynamics CRM 2016, including Plugins and custom development.
Technical Skills : Advanced skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and ASP.NET to deliver top-notch CRM solutions.
Integration Experience : Hands-on experience integrating D365 with external systems, both on-premises and cloud-based.
Problem-Solving Mindset : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and create effective, user-centric CRM solutions.
Communication Skills : Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively, understanding their requirements and providing expert guidance.
