The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month contract to join our dispute resolutions team and take your career to the next level by providing our customers with an exceptional and unrivalled experience. To do this successfully you will: Investigating and resolving complex and/or specialised complaints Liaising with external disputes bodies such as AFCA Managing customer complaints in line with regulatory SLAs Preparing complaints to be presented to independent review committees Providing recommendations to business stakeholders about resolving complaints Successful applications will demonstrate: Experience with IDR/EDR complaints Life Insurance experience Ability to build rapport with Stakeholders across various levels Strong Negotiation skills Why choose AIA: At AIA, we've made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
