Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your role and responsibilitiesThe consultant will configure SuccessFactors, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR applications. A consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors to support business needs. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. He/she will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.Required educationBachelor's DegreePreferred educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseTo be successful in this role, you will need to have the following technical and professional skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics • Experience with internal and external system integrations for Data AnalyticsKnowledge and Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee CentralConfiguration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutionsPreferred technical and professional experienceExperience with business process requirements development, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, and rollout of SuccessFactors HR applicationsStrong consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate SuccessFactors technology into clients' business environmentsFamiliarity with operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurementExperience in mentoring and counseling junior team membersABOUT BUSINESS UNITIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
