Your role and responsibilities As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support.
You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Comprehensive Feature Development and Issue Resolution: Working on the end to end feature development and solving challenges faced in the implementation.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to understand the problems, issues with the product and features and solve the issues as per SLAs defined.
Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Being eager to learn new technologies and implementing the same in feature development.
Required education Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration with SAP ERP, HRIS, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
Proficiency with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, and third-party middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), APIs, OData, and data mapping techniques.
Experience with core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning Management.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex integration issues quickly and effectively.
Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (formerly known as HANA cloud platform) Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred Knowledge of SAP ABAP ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT IBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
