About The Opportunity
Programmed Building Projects are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Canberra.
This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performing team that provides end-to-end management services for a variety of building, property and infrastructure projects with a focus on refurbishments, fit-outs and remedial work for Aged Care, Education and the Government.

In this role, you will oversee all safety, contractors and customer communications while providing first-class customer experiences to our clientele.

Nature of position:
Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Canberra
Reporting line: Branch Manager

Oversee estimating and quoting for existing and potential work Organise and schedule subcontractors and internal labour for the projects Arrange all materials and equipment for site Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget Ability to cross-sell opportunities and win additional work Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team About You
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience managing site-based teams with a background in carpentry or the building industry preferred and be driven to deliver exceptional results.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Previous experience with refurbishments and fit-outs preferred Current Driver's License First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others Cultural alignment with our core values: Safety Leadership, Care & Empathy, Customer Service, and Diversity, Inclusion & Equality About Us
