About the Company.A reputable and well-recognized construction company specializing in the fit-out and refurbishment of various Commercial, Government, and Retail projects valued up to $25M.
This company has established a strong presence in Canberra and recently won several projects due to their strong track record of delivering quality, state-of-the-art projects.About the Position.Working alongside a Project Manager and General Manager, you will assist in delivering several fit-out and refurbishment projects across Canberra ranging between $500K to $25M.
With the management team's sole focus on progressing their staff, you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career progression.Duties.Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSkills & Experience.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industryCulture.A dynamic and supportive environment focused on teamwork and collaboration.
