The Opportunity Position yourself at the core of our team, embracing a dynamic and challenging role that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your pivotal contribution will drive operational success, supporting our daily functions.
Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager and the entire team, you will facilitate internal coordination and administration – including meeting management, budget development, financial management (invoicing) and reporting and secretariat & governance etc.
Additionally, your role extends to external coordination encompassing project management, proposal, and report assistance.
Located in Canberra, our team fosters a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere.

Each day will be varied and provide new challenges and opportunities - overall you can expect to: Support drafting and formatting reports, proposals, specifications, general correspondence, and preparation of presentations.
Meeting coordination, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Organising events and travel.
Assisting with on-boarding, resourcing, and organising training and development Updating and maintaining project databases, job files, business plans and other documentation.
Championing our technical systems for other team members.
Support drafting and formatting reports, proposals, specifications, general correspondence, and preparation of presentations.
General project administration and coordination tasks as and when required.
