Formwork Carpenter, Steelfixer, Project Administrator, SupervisorWe are seeking a highly skilled Formwork Carpenter, Steelfixer, Project Administrator, and Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Goldenlight Pty Ltd in Canberra, ACT.
This full-time position is crucial in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from hands-on carpentry and steel fixing to project administration and team supervision.
What you'll be doing Expertly construct and install complex formwork systems for concrete pouringAccurately measure, cut, and assemble steel reinforcement according to project specificationsManage project documentation, including timesheets, material orders, and progress reportsCoordinate and supervise the work of a team of skilled tradespeopleEnsure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standardsLiaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of construction projectsWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter, Steelfixer, or similar construction roleStrong technical skills in carpentry, steel fixing, and project administrationAbility to read and interpret construction plans and drawingsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesCommitted to maintaining a safe and compliant work environmentWhat we offer At Goldenlight Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
