has a deep commitment to play-based Early Childhood Education & Care and is looking for a long-term opportunityis driven by the love of inspiring young minds and creating dynamic & supportive work environmentshas an inclusive leadership style and will mentor, motivate & empower our teamIn this 2IC role, you will support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space. In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members. Our relationships with families and children are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to support our families and children to feel part of our Somerville Cottage family. Our centre prides itself on a warm friendly atmosphere that has often been referred to as an extension of the home. We aim to provide care that complements and extends the home life, supporting families to meet their child's needs to the best of our ability.
