TLC Aged Care Noble Park has an extensive range of on site services available making it a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services including a gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema.
We welcome an experienced hands-on Clinical Service Manager to lead the care teams to provide excellent quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.
What you'll be doing Collaborate with General Manager on clinical management Lead and develop local care teams Manage clinical education and competency of staff Mentor, coach and support care staff in: conducting quality assessments care planning reviews Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture Support residents, families, visitors and staff in a caring manner Things that matter to us Two years' experience in a clinical leadership role Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards? Current AHPRA registration (Div 1) NDIS check (includes police check) Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)? Proof of eligibility to work in Australia?
