We're authentic, diverse, and embrace our differences as we continue to put a dent in the universe.We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionThe Financial Crime and Quality team ensures that within Superannuation Operations GROW meets the highest standards of quality and complies with AML/CTF obligations on behalf of our clients.Responsibilities:Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance processes and procedures.Conduct reviews of internal processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements, client requirements and regulatory standards.Analyse and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with operations and training teams to facilitate quality assurance training and best practices.Support the preparation of documentation for quality assurance activities, including reports and audits.Assist in the coordination of corrective actions and follow-up on quality/continuous improvement initiatives.Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist, support cross skilling of yourself and team members.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROW:Birthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
