Purpose As the Operations Compliance Officer, you will ensure compliance across Accor Apartments & Realty MLR properties by conducting thorough operational audits, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
This is a Fixed Term Full-Time role, commencing 1st February 2025 and concluding 31st August 2025.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Operational Compliance Audits and ensure timely reporting within five working days of completion.Provide Property Management System (PMS) support, including responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.Deliver PMS training to property teams as required, including during audits, and update system codes and charges when necessary.Ensure compliance with Trust Account Regulations and assist in maintaining property-specific Caretaking and Letting Agreements.Collaborate with Owner Relations Managers to support property operations and adherence to policies and procedures.Maintain expert knowledge of the Sihot PMS and undertake any other relevant duties as required to support operational excellence.Skills and Experience Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build effective relationships across all levels.Strong passion for hotel operations with a sound understanding of emerging industry trends.Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with the flexibility to adapt to change effectively.High level of personal integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.Benefits ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwideFamily & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services, and events for those who mean the most to you.Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide stays.Learn Your Way - Support your career development with access to Accor's industry-leading training platforms, Accor Academy and Typsy.Build Your Network - With more than 300,000 Accor professionals globally sharing the same guest passion, you have the ability to grow your hospitality network worldwide.Worldwide Opportunities - We are a world-leading hotel operator
