Investigate requests for repairs and ascertain appropriate methods for repairs or reinstatement of damage to public and private property sustained by staff while working in the field.
Undertake or manage minor capital works as directed by the Manager, collaborating with external project managers, contractors, and other building professionals as required.
Manage and maintain building maintenance files, mandatory records, and accurate logging and processing of all building maintenance work requests.
Reconcile invoices for services against the budget, provide financial tracking of works, prepare documentation for cross-charging of equipment and services, and generate monthly "cost recovery" reports.
Maintain a client-focused interaction as the main point of contact for maintenance support requests, ensuring timely responses to incoming communications and effective resolution of internal customer issues.What We Offer:Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a culture of inclusion and diversity.Giving back to the people of South Australia
