The Role: Reporting directly to the Agent Team Supervisor, your team is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service.
We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane.
Where Will You Be Working? Our modern open plan office, based in the Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport, is bustling with energy and offers a fun team-centric working environment.
We have a large carpark for staff onsite, as well as end-of-trip facilities.

About the Role: Deliver remarkable customer service and great results for our customers. Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia. Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products. Permanent, part-time role - working between 15 - 25 hours per week. Shift patterns include 5-hour shifts on Monday, Friday, and Saturdays (mandatory), plus 1-2 optional days of your choice. Be rewarded with our quarterly bonus scheme. Must be available to attend full-time for at least 4 weeks of training during February & March 2025. Background, Skills, and Experience Required: Training: Absolutely no logistics or construction industry experience necessary - learn it all through our well-established and structured 4-week training program.
