About the role Join Coles Group as a Senior Fleet Manager and take the lead in managing our fleet of 1,100 delivery vehicles.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure our fleet operates efficiently and reliably, meeting the needs of our Store and Centralised Fulfilment teams.
You'll oversee contract management with service providers, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide strategic reporting to senior leadership on fleet performance.
Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives for operational transitions and future technology implementation while managing procurement contracts and 3 PL partnerships.
If you're ready to drive innovation and efficiency in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you About you and your skills 8+ years' experience post degree Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving (e.g.
hypothesis based problem solving) Experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity, product management or corporate development Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders and creating board level presentations Experience leading Digital and/or Agile Transformation Experience managing and developing high performing teams You'll also have Ideally Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Engineering or equivalent qualification MBA or similar business qualification an advantage Excellent communication skills; the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of stakeholders About the recruitment process We're continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive and welcoming as the communities we serve.
