Symplicity's Student Success Consultant is responsible for driving the continued adoption of the UniHub/CareerHub application across Symplicty's customer base closely engaging with broad sets of university teams and stakeholders to uncover challenges & implement solutions that will enhance student success & drive business process improvement.
Responsibilities Facilitate client workshops to elicit requirements & share exemplary practices. Document client projects as input to discovery report / solution proposals. Take the lead and/or support in the delivery of client projects. Facilitate packaged / bespoke training programs for clients. Provide functional client support / consultation where required. Lead webinars & various client community campaigns. Maintain a demonstration site for the purpose of sharing exemplary client practices. Nurture new sales leads for warm handover to the sales team. Other duties as required from time to time.Requirements A minimum of two years experience working closely with colleges and universities. A minimum of two years of experience facilitating trainings. In-depth knowledge of college and university ecosystems. Excellent interpersonal skills and technical acumen. Consultative approach to engaging clients and proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Symplicity is the market leader in employability solutions.
