LJ Hooker is considering two different positions.
For our expanding business, we're seeking a talented Assistant Property Manager and an equally talented BDM.

The Rental Department is an integral part of the LJ Hooker recipe for success.
You will be a skilled coordinator of property marketing and customer relationship building, with an understanding of the database, nurturing, and growth.

Qualifications & Experience Passion for the Industry An Agent Representative Certificate Full-time availability Your own car and driver's license Positive attitude, driven & extremely keen to learn Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage workflow Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm Customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude Assistant Property Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities Professional management of the portfolio Assisting with lease renewals, option renewals, and rent reviews Following up on rent arrears Managing maintenance Conducting routine inspections Coordinating property repairs and maintenance Correspondence between owners and tenants Providing exceptional customer service BDM - Tasks & Responsibilities Business Development - Explore new prospects within the current database and through effective networking; for instance, find new lead and referral sources, attend events, and generate new lead opportunities.
Establish and maintain a qualified pipeline of business.
Manage a steady flow of leads by effectively using the leads that the company provides.
Client management - motivate and excite clients by showing them what they can achieve; strong communication skills and natural emotional intelligence are essential.
Cold calling / database calls Observe the KPIs and targets established for each week and month.
Use the business CRM to keep a complete, up-to-date record of all activities and achievements.
Reporting and administration - strictly record all activities and provide weekly or as-needed reporting on the sales funnel.
Present professionally, using your personality while maintaining an immaculate appearance and providing outstanding client service.
Learn the research and be in a position to articulate our process and research to the market and clients.
Assist the team with ad-hoc projects to further assist the business.
