Since 1988, Westpoint Autos has been a leading family-owned and run automotive group in Queensland.
We represent both new and used vehicles from top and emerging brands, including Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu, LDV, GWM, SsangYong, Mahindra, MG, JAC Motors, Subaru, Renault, Mercedes, Mazda, Darra 4x4, WPA EV and WPA SV.
This is an opportunity to represent a range of these prestige and iconic brands.
As one of our Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for multiple OEM brands, across multiple locations.
You'll be working with our Marketing team on strategy, planning, managing, and execution of marketing objectives.
You will create quarterly and monthly campaigns that adhere to OEM guidelines, while working with our network of creative agencies and suppliers to deploy creative assets from EDMs, websites, SMS, social and more
You will be key in creating enquiry for our Sales teams, through analysing data, trends and insights to compile and present monthly reports.
We are a growing and ever-changing business, and you will be able to adapt, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment while executing campaigns that promote and attract new customers to our dealerships.
What You Will Do: Manage, create, plan and implement strategies and plans for multiple brands and dealershipsPlan and develop social and digital content in line with brand guidelines and monthly bulletins in a timely mannerExecute strategy across platforms including publishing, monitoring, reportingMonitor marketing performance and continually adapt/optimise content based on learningsMonitor resources and costs and make recommendations for improvements and greater efficienciesEnsure Westpoint Autos Group and associated brands along with specific OEM brand guidelines are adhered toBuild and maintain positive relationships with agency partners and all departments across the Westpoint Autos GroupAssist and support the Marketing team with new brand and location launches, vehicle launches/events as requiredManage and optimise LMS and DMS, and work with required internal and external platforms, to improve and maximise customer experiencesSupport with coordinating and implementing any other brand requirements such as POS, signage, website updates in line with CI.To be successful in this role: You will be a results driven and confident individual, with demonstrated experience in a similar rolePrior experience within the Automotive industry is highly regardedHold relevant Marketing Qualifications such as Bachelor Business in MarketingDesign Experience with Adobe Creative SuiteProven ability to implement and manage marketing campaigns – across all facets of marketingConfidence in completing and managing projects end-to-end with a can-do and positive attitudeAbility to work autonomously at times, but while still part of a collaborative teamExcellent time management and organisational skills, with an ability to work to quick timeframesWhat will you get: Supportive CultureExperience a collaborative environment where community and connection are emphasised, fostering a sense of belonging.Professional DevelopmentAccess to ongoing training and development opportunities that help you grow both personally and professionallyRecognition and RewardsBenefit from a culture that acknowledges and rewards hard work and excellence, motivating you to reach your full potentialWork in a diverse setting that values every voice, ensuring that all perspectives are heard and appreciatedFocus on Well-beingEnjoy initiatives aimed at promoting work-life balance and overall well-being, creating a healthier workplace.Collaborate with passionate and driven colleagues, building relationships that enhance your work experience.Keen to forge a successful career with a progressive family-owned and operated business operating in Brisbane for more than 40 years?
