Salary: $70,905 + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,900 tax-free.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Disability Employment Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Beenleigh.
What would I be doing? Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients who have secured employment, ensuring their success in the workplace.Work-Related Activities: Assist clients in completing work-related activities, such as education or work experience.Adaptability: Be comfortable working in diverse work environments and effectively engaging with clients, colleagues, and managers.Financial Management: Accurately calculate hours worked and wages earned, ensuring clients receive appropriate compensation.Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with clients, employers, and stakeholders to foster positive relationships.What would I need to be considered? A Passion for Making a Difference: A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve their career goals.Empathy and Understanding: A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and their unique needs.Adaptability: The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and work effectively with various stakeholders.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, employers, and colleagues.Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
