We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant Doncaster Kiehl's Boutique team in providing an unparalleled skincare experience.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience that embodies the Kiehl's philosophy of genuine care and personalized service.
JOIN OUR TEAM Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
You'll mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations, building strong customer relationships and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for every guest.Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive sales techniques, effective merchandising, and strong team performance.Become a knowledgeable expert on our product range, history, and brand values.
