Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for delivery of HVAC projects up to $500,000Collaborate with Operations Manager, Engineers, Project managers, administration, and Business development managers for exceptional project deliveryProcurement of material and subcontractor managementAssist in the project progresses according to the schedule and within budgetAssist the subcontractors when required to complete projectsAssist in WHS activities and inspections on site ensuring all compliances are metProduce reports and client quotations as requiredAct as the primary point of contact between workers, contractors, and upper managementUpdate the project manager and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and any delaysDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customersWhat makes you stand out The ideal candidate will demonstrate their experience in HVAC service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
Possess relevant State and National Trade Licences (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction, etc.
)An understanding of pricing and estimation of construction projectsThe ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary teamGood reporting skills across multiple systemsExceptional time managementAbility to work under pressureCulture Most importantly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy, and Success.
