The opportunity: This role sits within our Business unit of Oncology.
Your role will be to represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products, including Prostate oncology in a specialist hospital environment.
This will include developing territory insights, planning and execution and continuously improving territory business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.

In this role you will: Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory.Use your skills and ability of using multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists.Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights.Essential Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience as a hospital sales specialist within Oncology.Knowledge and understanding of hospital processes and protocols.Experienced in retention and utilizing a high level of clinical knowledge.Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Knowledge of how to work autonomously and as a team.Education: Bachelor's degree in science, Business or equivalent.Additional information: Permanent, full-time role.Applicants must be based in Australia and have full working rights in Australia.This position is field-based in Queensland, Australia and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.Candidates must be located within the state of Queensland.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
