In this role, you'll work with blue-chip clients, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and play a key leadership role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.You'll be joining a diverse team in an Australian-based company that is transitioning to a SaaS delivery model, utilizing the latest technology architecture and Agile delivery frameworks.This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney or Wollongong. Take a look and see if this is the next career step for GBST & U.What U will do:Lead a cross-functional team to deliver Composer product-related projects (internal and/or client-funded projects), using Agile methodologies.Manage a team of project employees delivering an implementation project.Control project design and planning activities associated with the application and development project.Define, source & manage necessary project resources.Control project schedules to ensure that necessary phases are completed according to the project plan.Prepare project budgets, monitor project financials, and obtain necessary approvals.Effectively control and manage project issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.Bring expertise and experience to help shape modern technical delivery capability.Be accountable for feature deliveries, along with deployment, non-functional requirements, and best-practice software lifecycle management (e.g. security standards).Foster critical thinking and empower software engineers and testers to take ownership of technical quality and design choices.Develop and maintain strong, trusted cross-business relationships within project teams.Own the delivery, reporting, and adherence of contractual commitments for all assigned work.Desired Skills and ExperienceU will be someone with:Relevant experience in a Technology Project Manager capacity.Ability to learn new Products and understand business strategy, product roadmaps, and technical architecture.Strong understanding and application of all aspects of the project lifecycle.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.Knowledge of technical concepts and development processes.Strong understanding and application of technology change management competencies.Knowledge of SaaS principles and deployment methods.Knowledge of UK retail wealth market.If you're looking for a role where you can be a part of exciting innovation - we want to hear from youApply now or reach out to ****** if you have any questions.Please note that due to the volume of applications only candidates progressing to the next stage will be contacted.
