The role We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented research professional to support the Group's strategic initiatives by conducting and leveraging in-depth research and cutting-edge analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth as part of our new Chief Investment Office, Research Team.
In this new position, with the Head of Research, you will be producing high-quality articles and research reports on a diverse range of property sectors.
Then presenting these findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and support business strategy.
What you will be doing Conducting in-depth research on property markets, industry trends, and global economic factors affecting the real estate sector; and mapping those findings to potential business opportunities.Writing and publishing accurate, high-quality research reports, articles, presentations, and market updates, which highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.Engaging with individual business units to understand research needs and align research activities with business objectives including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.Presenting research findings to senior and executive management, institutional clients, and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.Participating in client meetings and industry conferences to share insights and represent the company.Developing forecasts and predictive models to support strategic planning and decision-making.Staying current with industry developments and best practices in research methodologies.What makes you stand out This new opportunity will suit an experienced research professional with a passion for property markets and economic trends who excels at transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights.
With a solid understanding of the real estate sector, related industry dynamics, and investor landscape; you will need to demonstrate strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively, and a track record of creating and publishing high-quality research.
An excellent written and verbal communicator, you will be an analytical and creative thinker who is able to consult with business leaders to generate innovative, business development ideas and solutions based on research findings.
