About the Role
As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with the senior leadership & internal teams to drive commercial decisions that optimize costs, increase profitability, and enhance revenue.
You will provide strategic financial insights, working closely with key departments to improve business performance and support scalable growth.
Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesLearning & development opportunities for career growthClear path for advancement in a high-growth environmentKey Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders across sales, operations, and marketing to drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and improve overall profitability.Work alongside the FP&A team to support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals.Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence key commercial decisions and improve business performance.Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance financial efficiencies across the business.Support the growth strategy by assessing and advising on financial aspects of new opportunities.Skills and Experience 5-7 years in commercial finance in FMCG (ideally with a Big4 background) - Multisite experience is a must.Proven expertise in financial analysis, business partnering, and driving profitability through strategic insights.Strong understanding of cost optimization, revenue management, and improving business performance.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.How to Apply
