You will ensure our customer's needs are met and give them a great experience.
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play an important role in managing a high growth portfolio, with a Transactional Banking focus.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new to bank customers.
It's a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with different product specialists across the bank, with expertise in areas like financial markets, equipment finance, trade and invoice finance and transactional banking.

What do I need?
We're looking for an experienced relationship manager with ambition and a strong customer focus
You'll have a strong Transactional Banking or Payments background with experience in managing a portfolio.
A natural people-person, you'll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
We will also consider candidates from a fintech, treasury/finance role and/or a consulting background with a focus on driving customer outcomes.
