An opportunity now exists for an Office Manager to lead operations at our Brisbane HQ.
About the RoleAre you a highly capable administrator with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and supporting senior leadership?
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional office environment and is looking for a challenging and diverse role that contributes to the success of a fast growing mining organisation.
As the Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of office management for a small team of senior professionals, and provide high-level support to the executive team in Australia and North America.
Your role will also include providing executive support, including assisting with board governance and papers, international travel arrangements, and diary management.Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Take charge of office operations, vendor management, and maintaining an efficient and professional workspace.
Executive Support: Calendar management, document preparation, and providing seamless support to an international executive team.
Payroll & Financial Administration: Administer payroll for a small team, oversee corporate expenses, and assist with accounts payable.
Governance & Board Support: Prepare and distribute board papers, ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, and maintain statutory records.
Travel Coordination: Organise international travel for senior executives, ensuring all arrangements are smooth and aligned with company policies.
About You
Demonstrated experience in office management or senior administrative roles, preferably in corporate environments.
Experience with corporate governance and board support highly advantageous
Strong organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with payroll systems, accounts payable processes advantageous but not essential
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
A professional, flexible, and hands-on approach to supporting a small but impactful team.
