Holiday Inn Express Macquarie Park is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee our daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring adherence to IHG brand standards and local regulations. Collaborate with the Group Director of Operations and Financial Controller to develop and monitor financial plans and budgets. Drive performance across hotel departments, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of engagement and teamwork. Address guest feedback promptly and enhance service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a strong presence in the local community, promoting the hotel and brand. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in English is essential. A passion for delivering superior results and a guest-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. A Diploma in Hotel Management or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Why Join Us?
