Located adjacent to the Capitol Theatre in Sydney and a short walk from Darling Harbour and China Town, The Capitol Hotel Sydney features 94 new accommodation rooms & a 40-seat restaurant, housed in a stunning heritage-listed building.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel and drive excellence in guest service Ensure the team is customer-focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures, and requests Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback Assist the FOM with rostering, training, and provide leadership for the greater Front Office team Assist Food and Beverage team Skills & Experience
Previous hotel supervisory experience Strong written and verbal communication Pride in personal presentation and grooming essential Experience training & developing front-line staff About EVT
