All rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms and feature large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and overlook tranquil gardens, also featuring alarge chapel, on-site cafe and palatial entertaining areaAbout the roleAs a Carer, you'll get to know your residents by supporting their choices, preferences and needs during your shifts.
Varied shifts available, including a newly created shift that spans the middle part of the day.
Gain your morning back for the important life admin tasks and still be home to have the evening meal with your familyDuties may include:Assistance with a wide range of Person-Centered care in accordance with care plansAssistance with medicationSimple wound dressingAssistance with activities under supervisionWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveSkills & experiencePrevious experience as a Care Service Employee (desirable)Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to othersCertificate III in Individual Support is desirable or a willingness to obtainCulturePeople enjoy working at BaptistCare because they love what they do and the communities we help.
