McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm, helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth.
Operating within the highly regarded People Team, the Learning and Development function has a broad remit in all areas of building capability and plays a vital role in creating rewarding careers for our 400+ employees.
This 6-month contract role sits within the L&D team. It will primarily focus on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in early 2025 but may also support the wider L&D team on other projects as required.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applications (3-5 days).
Closing Date20 December 2024What you will doHelp support the project team with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.Create content to support learning including eLearning modules (e.g. Articulate), videos (e.g. Camtasia), resource guides etc.Design and deliver solutions to support learning needs including workshops for face-to-face, blended or online environments.Support the L&D team with broader activities including process documentation, records management, planning and logistics etc.Who you arePassionate L&D professional with previous experience delivering technology focused content.Self-starter with ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve shared goals.Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with stakeholders across all levels.'Tech savvy' operator with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, ideally with previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.Outcome focused with meticulous attention to detail.Interested?To apply for this exciting opportunity please click the 'APPLY NOW' button at the top of this page.
