Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters like tackling climate change, mental health, and well-being.As a Learning and Capability Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning initiatives for Customer Relations.You'll be responsible for:Utilising contemporary adult learning principles and techniques to develop and deliver learning and capability solutions.Creating engaging, interactive eLearns that upskill our people in complaints.Delivering a broad range of Customer Relations programs from induction to upskilling and career development programs, utilising many delivery modes with a strong emphasis on self-service learning.Driving a continuous improvement approach to learner capability and experience through evaluation of success metrics.Balancing the learner experience and innovation with a commercial lens through modern adult learning methodologies.Collaborating with stakeholders enterprise-wide across Allianz, external regulatory bodies, and Allianz global to leverage existing learning, drive scale, improve efficiencies, and build an enterprise mindset.About you:Experience and knowledge of general insurance or finance preferred.Solid understanding of Learning & Development and adult learning principles.Solid understanding of instructional design using Articulate Storyline.Experience in using applications to create engaging eLearn modules.Experience applying adult learning methodologies, designing, and delivering learning solutions in a medium-large corporate organisation in a fast-paced environment is desirable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment managing risks, project deliverables, stakeholder challenges, and meeting deadlines.Ability to interpret complex information, extract meaningful insights, provide effective options, and influence decision-making.A sense of belonging in the workplace, where you are welcomed and encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work.An employer committed to supporting your work/life balance and open to conversations about flexible & remote working.Access to over 10,000 on-demand learning resources and programs to support your career development.Insurance products, deals, and discounts across a great range of retail, tech, and travel brands, and offers for health and well-being.Initiatives to support your financial wellness through selected discounted Allianz insurance products, superannuation matching, salary sacrificing, novated leasing, and our referral bonus scheme.The opportunity to take part in our Employee Share Purchase Program to own a piece of your employer.If you require any support or adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process, we encourage you to reach out to ****** for a confidential conversation.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
