You'll optimize claims outcomes through timely and high-quality management, evidence-based decision making, providing valuable feedback and recommendations to enhance our claims practices.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing submissions and acting as an advocate for Personal Injury Commission Dispute assessments.Conducting Internal Reviews.Offering strategic advice on liability, evidence, and dispute resolution strategies.Monitoring claims outcomes, detecting trends, and implementing improvements.Leading continuous improvement initiatives in response to legislative changes and case law.This role is responsible for driving people, customer, financial, and risk outcomes that contribute to the overall success of CTP Claims.
