Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for a full-time Group Reservations Coordinator.

As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you'll ensure all our clients' group bookings run smoothly - acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner.
You'll connect internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for group guests and partner with external stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships for long-term contracts.

A little taste of your day to day
In charge of all group enquiries, contracting and coordination, including guest rooms Seeking proactive measures to maximise all opportunities to increase sales Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts Manage the rooming list process for all group segments Conduct group briefings and site inspections Liaise with the Revenue Team & Reservations Department for room availability and room preferences Liaise with finance to ensure billing is accurate and credit approvals are processed correctly What we need from you:
Experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Proven communication skills across phone, email & face-to-face style interactions Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; experience with Opera and Delphi highly regarded Problem-solving and organizational abilities Experience working in a hotel reservations or front office role Must have working rights for Australia You'll be rewarded for your hard work with a suite of benefits that supports you and your family's wellbeing, including:
