Product Support Advisor

Ready for a great challenge and career? We are currently seeking a Product Support Advisor to join our team at Cadia.
We are looking for an applicant that lives locally and can offer a 5/2 or 4/3 shift roster.
Responsibilities Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of the equipment on customer sitesProvide high-level technical support and training to customersFacilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and control the onsite WIPWork with the customer maintenance team on implementing Preventative Maintenance Plans.
Attend customer meetings as required.Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements.Build long term, sustainable relationships with customersRequirements Customer-facing field experience.Minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience on Epiroc underground development and production drills.Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications.Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematicsExperience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics and low voltage electrical systems.Strong communication skillsExtensive industry experienceWhat we Offer If successful, you will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package with benefits including:
