About the role : An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Digital and Securitisation Deal Analyst team.
As Securitisation Deal Analyst, you will be responsible for providing superior client and technical expertise on the onboarding of new Trust Management clients through:
Pitching to prospective clientsBuilding and delivering complex financial cashflow modelsLegal documentation reviewOperationalisation design of procedures and processesProviding ongoing technical advice and supportKey Responsibilities : In conjunction with Corporate Trust Sales, present Trust Management Services to prospective clients and own client relationshipsReview Transaction Documents and/or all legal documentationBuild Excel-based Cash Flow Models per model frameworkDesign, develop and implement operational procedures and processesConduct periodic Cash Flow Model Audits/Reviews for all new clientsBuild VBA Cash Flow Models for all new Trust Management clientsBuild and maintain client relationships with all stakeholdersActively manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clientsAssist the Head of Trust Management in delivering key projects and objectivesRespond and manage all client and investor queriesRisk Management – Maintain an appropriate quality assurance and risk management frameworkAbout you : Relevant tertiary education (business/economics or finance degree)Qualified CA/CPA/CFA or currently pursuing (highly desirable)Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience within SecuritisationPrevious experience working with Cash Flow and VBA Cash Flow Models (highly desirable)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (modelling experience) including VBA, SQL (desirable)Excellent client management skills and experience with strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage time effectively, work independently, handle multiple issues at once and adhere to strict deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and technical mindsetRisk management focusEmployee benefits : Work from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each yearAn annual allowance to empower you to prioritise your personal wellbeingAccess to LinkedIn learning, study support and commitment to supporting professional developmentDiversity and inclusion : WGEA Employer of Choice for gender equality since 2018.
