You will be managing the resourcing and processes critical to the delivery of customer service, internal sales, purchasing/procurement (oversight), operations planning (oversight), and general administration.Your ability to build strong relationships across the business, problem solve and manage resources/resource planning, and work to continuously develop your team's skills and experience will be key to your success in the role.Who you arePrevious experience working in a similar role within the waste management, logistics/transport, and/or retail industries.Strong leadership experience and capabilities, particularly around developing teams.Experience in looking at systems, processes and procedures and identifying where things could become more efficient and effective.The ability to problem-solve and juggle multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines.High levels of energy, team-oriented, attention to detail, and focus in order to achieve great outcomes and results.Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.Strong PC literacy and confidence working with a range of systems.Reasons you'll stayAutonomy: You'll have the empowerment you need to be successful and the independence and autonomy to thrive.Flexibility: You'll be given the freedom to prioritise your time and working preferences.Work that matters: Contribute to a more sustainable future.
