Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and much more
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Fresh food retail knowledge is desired Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations Accurate team rostering Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands-on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you
