4 Pines was born over 16 years ago from a conversation between father and son, post surf, who wanted an exceptional beer, but options were limited. Since our humbling beginnings at our little Manly Brewpub, we've grown to a portfolio of 7 venues, a bunch of partnership venues and a commercial brewery and HQ in Brookvale, NSW. For the past four years, we've proudly called Coolangatta home. Just steps from the iconic southern Gold Coast beaches, 4 Pines Coolangatta captures the relaxed coastal vibe with great food, good times, and even better beer. We pride ourselves on our customer experience, top-notch products and creating an environment where all are welcome.The RoleAs the Breakfast Manager, you'll be the early-morning hero, making sure every guest gets the best start to their day You'll lead your team with energy and enthusiasm making sure everything is running like clockwork, all the while managing inventory like a pro and keeping the kitchen and front-of-house teams communicating seamlessly.Who You AreYou're a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a love for the beachside lifestyle.
